Welcome to Scores Tournaments

Forget paper, pens and complicated Excel tables. Scores is a smart platform that turns tournament organization into just a few clicks. Read on to learn the details of all the features of our system.

1. Home Page (Dashboard)

This is your main workspace. On the home page you get an overview of all your tournaments and their current status.

  • 👉 In preparation (Steps 1-5): Tournaments that are not finished yet. You can always access them by clicking the edit button.
  • 👉 Locked tournaments: Tournaments that are ready for competition. Their schedule is finalized and ready for result entry.

2. Creating a Tournament (The Magical 5 Steps)

The tournament creation process is divided into 5 logical sections so you have full control over every detail.

Step 1: Basic Information

You enter the tournament name, logo and dates. It is very important to enter the daily working hours exactly (for example, from 09:00 to 20:00), because the system will use this to calculate the field capacity.

Step 2: Generations and Teams

Here you add age categories (for example U10, U12). You also have the option to search existing clubs intelligently. The match duration must be divisible by 5 minutes to fit the schedule perfectly.

Step 3: Fields

You define how many fields are used. The system will immediately calculate whether you have enough time to play all planned matches on those fields before it gets dark!

Step 4: Forming the System and Playoff

Our platform offers an advanced Drag & Drop interface. Teams are dragged with the mouse into the desired groups. You set how many teams advance.

In the second tab, you visually connect the knockout bracket skeleton — who plays whom! If there are not enough teams for a perfect bracket, the system automatically generates WC (Wildcard - Golden tickets) spots for the best third-placed teams!

Important: Any change to the groups in this step automatically deletes all already scheduled matches from Step 5 for that generation!

Step 5: Schedule and Layout (Domino Effect)

This is where the magic happens. You can use Automatic scheduling which will fill entire days on the fields with one click, including breaks you define.

If you manually move a match over an existing one, our system detects the overlap and offers Domino Movement — it will automatically push all following matches on that field forward for the duration of that match!

3. Report and Match Results

After you lock the tournament, you reach the control center for referees and organizers.

  • ✅ Fast entry: A simple interface for entering results and assigning yellow/red cards. The table updates live in real time!
  • ✅ Smart table: The system automatically calculates points, goal difference, goals scored and even head-to-head and fair play (cards) when ranking teams.
  • 🚨 Total dead end: What if two teams have identical results in every single detail? The system will stop filling the knockout stage and trigger a red alert. The organizer can then manually choose the winner, who is awarded the ⭐ WC (Golden button).

4. TV Display and Print

You can print all tables, results and brackets at any time with a beautiful, paper-friendly design.

In addition, we created an exclusive TV Mode. With one click, you can switch the entire screen to a cinematic dark mode with spectacular rendering of the full bracket from the first round to the BIG FINAL, perfect for projectors and large screens in sports halls!
